We hope you love what you ordered! Cats and dogs are not only pets to us but also to our family and friends. For their health and to avoid cross-infection, please be optimistic about the color and size before placing an order. Let's be responsible for every lovely pet!

30-Day Returns

• Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item should be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned as well as an item that is returned more than 30 days since received.

NOTES:

• Please do not return any orders for uncommunication.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Acceptable return reasons

• No longer needed
• Change mind
• Not as described
• Other reasonable cause

Postage

If the product is defective or damaged, we will bear the return postage. If there is no quality problem, you need to pay the return postage.

How To Return & Refund

• To start a return, you can contact us at support@amosijoy.com. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and a code that needs to be marked on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
