01. How to track my order?

  • When your order ships, we will send an email immediately. You can check the shipping progress through the tracking code in the email.
  • The footer of our website has an entry "Track Order", you can track the order logistics status by entering the tracking code on that page.

02. How to Return & Refund?

  • Returned items must be new or with minor signs of use and undamaged. You will need to ship any return with your own carrier of choice at your own expense.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as a code that needs to mark on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

03. How do I cancel my order?

  • Please get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours via Live Chat or for assistance. We can cancel the order if it has not been shipped out. 
  • If the package has been delivered, please ensure that the product is in good condition and return the product to us. You will need to pay for return shipping.

04. My product is faulty or has arrived damaged.

  • Although this rarely happens, if the item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service via Live Chat and we will issue a new item once we confirm the item was defective.
  • We apologize sincerely for your less-than-perfect experience.

05. The item received was missing some parts.

  • Please rest assured that the item will arrive soon. Items may be shipped from different warehouses and delivered at different times.
  • Please check your order for multiple tracking numbers.

06. How do I make changes to my order?

  • Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours via or Live Chat for assistance. We will be able to change the order if the package has not been shipped out.
